This beautiful kanjivaram sari in hot pink shot with deep royal blue is handwoven with iruthalai pakshi and yaanai(elephant)buttis in gold zari, dotted on the body. The borders in scarlet red shot with hot pink have diamond, manga(paisley) and geometric patterns in gold zari, along with a selvedge in leaf green. The pallu in the same colours as the borders features a diamond band flanked by mayil(peacock), yaanai, kuthirai(horse), geometric and stylised leaf patterns in gold zari.
